Week in Review 12-14-07
December 13, 2007
Christmas celebrations began on Wednesday with the 4th grade presentation of La Pastorela, a traditional Mexican play about the Birth of Christ. The play was performed in the balcony of the Chapel Library.
5th grade students had an opportunity to carve walking sticks, which they will use as props while studying the works of Henry David Thoreau in English class.
6th grade students studying ancient Greek history were able to log on to the website of the British Museum and participate in a challenge quiz.
Princeton Township officials issued a certificate of occupancy for the William E. Simon Chapel Library earlier this week and the space has been busy with activity ever since! All boys helped to move books in and place them in the proper shelving area. Mr. Doyle, the construction project manager, read his favorite book to the junior kindergarten in the new reading area.
