Week in Review 11-16-07

Reading Harvest Pumpkin Winners proudly display their pumpkins, which they won in a random drawing. Lower School boys read 883 books during the Reading Harvest. Princeton Academy's "Pumpkin Fairy" will donate $883 towards the purchase of new books. Thanks to all for a job well done!

The lower school boys were treated to a wonderful workshop presented by author/storyteller Robin Moore. Mr. Moore talked to the boys about how to best use their imaginations while developing a story.

The 4th grade Spanish classes put on a production of "Dia de los Muertos" (Day of the Dead), a traditional Mexican play performed on All Souls' Day.

5th grade prayer buddies spent time with their JK and kindergarten partners to think about things for which they are thankful.

WILLIAM E. SIMON CHAPEL LIBRARY UPDATE: The book cases have been installed, the carpet is delivered and in the process of being installed, the HVAC work is near complete, and work on the glass entry way will begin very soon.
