Week in Review 10-19-2007

Prayer buddies worked together on a Princeton Academy service project this week. Once again, Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart helped Farmers Against Hunger process over 1,600 pounds of apples, which the organization had gleaned from local farms. Our boys wiped each apple clean, bundled the apples in bags of 10, and re-stacked the bags in huge boxes for distribution. The apples will be delivered by Farmers Against Hunger to local food pantries and shelters.

Work continues on the William E. Simon Chapel Library. Next week, look for the crane hoisting the HVAC equipment on the roof!
