WE GATHER TOGETHER
The Thanksgiving Prayer Service brought our community together for a time of reflection on the many blessings we have received. Students and faculty decorated a Thanksgiving tree at the service.
The third grade celebrated Thanksgiving in a very special way. They have adopted "Jeffrey's" family from Father Mick's parish and hope to raise some money to provide the family with a Christmas dinner. The boys had a bake sale on Friday and did all of the selling and baking themselves. Thanks to their hard work, the boys raised enough money so that Jeffrey and his family will have a delicious dinner on Christmas and presents as well.
Lower School classes enjoyed Thanksgiving feasts on Friday.
Imagine how surprised we were to find 3 turkeys around the school last week! The JK class peered through windows to see and hear the turkeys. Do you think they know how close we are to Thanksgiving?
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
