Who do I call if my child is home sick and I want to pick up his homework?

What procedure should I follow if my son is arriving late to school?

Lower School students arriving late (after 8:00 am) need to sign in at Jenny Sweetland's office. Late arriving Middle School students need to go to Mrs. McKamey's office to sign in.

What is the procedure for play dates?

If your son is going home with another student for a play date after school, we need a note from you giving us permission to release your son to the care of the other parent/guardian.

Does the school provide a daily snack for my son?

Yes, Lower School provides a selection of pretzels, goldfish, graham crackers, animal crackers, etc., as midmorning snacks for the students. You may want to pack a drink for your son to have with his snack.

What happens if my son forgets his lunch?

If we are notified early enough, we'll call you and see if you can bring the lunch to school. If not, we do have an emergency supply of bread, peanut butter and jelly, crackers, etc., that we can provide for him.

If I'm late picking my child up from school (past 3:15 pm) where should I go?

The boys are sent to the "after-school" program if their ride isn't on time. The after-school program meets in the cafeteria and then typically goes to the playground, or during inclement weather, to the after-school room on the third floor. There is a fee for afterschool care.

Where is the lost and found?

The lost and found is located in the Narthex, the main reception area in the front of the building.

What is the best way to contact my sons' teacher?

Email is very efficient. All faculty e mail addresses are: firstinitial followed by lastname@princetonacademy.org. For example, John Smith's email address would be jsmith@princetonacademy.org. What does the dress uniform consist of?

The dress uniform for Princeton Academy consists of a white interlocken polo shirt and khahi pants.  You may include a Lands End Princeton Academy navy sweater or Princeton Academy vest. Sneakers are not permitted on dress uniform days. For details see our web page on School Uniforms.
