PAPA Committee Roles

- President:
- Chief Officer of PAPA
- Presides at all PAPA meetings and Executive Committee meetings
- Oversees functioning of all PAPA activities and affairs
- Liason between PAPA and school administration
- President Elect:
- In the absence of the President, functions in all matters as President of PAPA
- Attends all PAPA meetings
- Secretary:
- Attends and records all PAPA meetings
- Disperses all meeting minutes and agendas
- Treasurer:
- Keeps full, accurate records of all credits and debits in conjunction with school administrator
- Monitors budget, and provides guidance regarding adherence to budget
- Vice President/Volunteers:
- Solicits, collates and oversees all volunteers for PAPA activities and committees
- Vice President/Communications:
- In conjunction with President and President elect, produces information communications from PAPA to parents
- Includes, but is not limited to posted information boards and PASHPORT
- Vice President/Education:
- Organizes seminars
- Participates in Common Ground
- Coordinates educational opportunities for the Princeton Academy community
- School Representatives: Liason between parents, class parents and PAPA
- Lower School
- Middle School
