Lace up your trainers and get ready for Princeton Academy's Annual DASH @PASH Cross Country 5K Race on Saturday, May 18!
On Saturday, May 18, Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart will host its annual DASH @PASH 5K Race. We are excited to host this annual event to raise awareness about boys' wellness. The race will take place in the fall on Princeton Academy's cross country course which traverses our beautiful 50-acre campus. The event will be run by the Princeton Academy Athletic Office with the help of eighth-grade students and is open to the public. Registration is $25, and on the day of the race, registration is $30.
Princeton Academy has introduced many meaningful initiatives to support boys' wellness such as the Lower School mindfulness program including boys' yoga, Middle School Life Skills, and fourth grade student participation in the Let Me Run program. The school's goal is to augment its highly successful academic program with a focus on the healthy social-emotional development of boys and their wellbeing.
